Nonviolent Communication Workshop
Nareshwadi staff has been trained by Dr Gitta Zimmerman in Nonviolent Communication since 2010. Over the past 8 years the staff have conducted several workshops for Nareshwadi children as also for children and teachers of village schools.
Children engaged in the banana, moringa and henna projects have also participated in NVC workshops to build strong teams for collaborative working, empathic and compassionate leadership with shared responsibility.
